We ship our products exclusively via international pallet transport provided by Geis Global Logistics. This shipping method is ideal for heavier and bulkier goods that require stable and secure placement on a pallet throughout the entire transport process.

The company ensures reliable door-to-door delivery across Europe, supported by regular international routes and professional handling of shipments. Each pallet is carefully secured and passes through a controlled logistics process that minimizes the risk of damage.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Using this number, you can track the current movement and status of your shipment in real time via the carrier’s website until delivery. International pallet transport therefore guarantees a high level of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Payments in our e-shop are processed via the Stripe payment gateway, which is one of the most reliable and widely used online payment solutions worldwide. Stripe is trusted by thousands of companies and e-shops across Europe and globally, allowing us to offer our customers a modern, secure, and convenient way to pay.

We currently support card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and others) and payments via EPS (an online bank transfer method available for customers in Austria). The entire payment process takes place in Stripe’s secure environment, and card details are not stored on our website. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with the highest security standards and international regulations for the protection of payment data.
